Scarlett Johansson Makes History as SNL’s Most Frequent Female Host – Avengers Star & Colin Jost’s Wife Closes Season 50
Scarlett Johansson makes her seventh appearance as SNL host tonight, closing out Season 50 in historic fashion. The Avengers star will officially become the show’s most frequent female host, surpassing Drew Barrymore and Tina Fey.
Johansson first hosted SNL in 2006 and later met her husband, “Weekend Update” co-anchor Colin Jost, on set. The couple married in 2020 and share one child together.
The episode comes as Johansson promotes her new film “Jurassic Park Rebirth.” Alec Baldwin remains SNL’s all-time hosting leader with 17 appearances, followed by Steve Martin with 16.
